Cafe Bar J.F. is a New American tavern that is influenced by the flavors and recipes of South America; Co-founded by Chef Francisco Castillo and restauranteur Juan Correa. The space is influenced by their childhoods in Peru and Chile, and was designed by the acclaimed Madrid-based Plantea Estudio. The menu is complemented by a carefully curated wine list featuring small scale producers, as well as a selection of classic Latin American cocktails and spirits.
