Set within a beautifully renovated 125-year-old building, Ox Bar & Hearth™ centers its menu around a blazing wood-burning hearth and thoughtfully sourced Midwestern ingredients. Opened in 2025 by Chef John Asbaty and restaurateur Alain Uy, the restaurant blends modern interpretations of regional flavors with celebrated domestic wines, regional spirits, and elevated non-alcoholic options. The result is a welcoming, community-minded dining room where smoke, warmth, and seasonal produce take center stage.
