Topa is a rooftop bar on the 11th floor of AC Hotel Detroit at the Bonstelle, located on Woodward Avenue in Brush Park. The name comes from the Basque word meaning "to toast," and the experience is built around exactly that. Coastal cocktails, Basque-inspired sips, and Mediterranean small plates pair with unobstructed views of the Detroit skyline from both indoor and outdoor seating.
