A Slice of New York Squared brings authentic New York style Sicilian pizza to Pittsburgh with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and digestibility. Our sourdough crust is fermented for up to 72 hours. Additionally we use premium ingredients such as Bianco Di Napoli Organic tomatoes and Caputo Brothers Creamery Fior Di Latte (fresh mozzarella). These pizzas use the same ingredients that earned us high praise in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette's top pizzas in Pittsburgh along with the current highest score given by Barstool Sports's Dave Portnoy with an 8.2 mark.
