Jet Fuel transforms a reclaimed McDonnell Douglas DC-8 cockpit into a precision espresso bar at the Hawthorne Asylum Food Cart Pod, serving Cova Coffee and Smith Teas. Drinks are ground on Mahlkönig grinders and pulled on a La Marzocco Linea Classic for consistent, craft-forward espresso. It’s a tactile, slightly surreal coffee experience that blends aviation history with serious coffee technique.
